Ingredients:
3 eggs
250gr sugar
250gr flour
Mix eggs and sugar with an electric mixer until a foaming cream is obtained, incorporate flour, add about 1 tbsp dough on the baking tray with a sheet of parchment paper, round them them with back of the spoon in a circular motion. Cook in a preheated oven at 180° for about 12 minutes or until lightly golden.
