Ingredients: 300gr Paris mushrooms 2 garlic cloves12 cherry tomatoes1 mediu onionspaghetti1 tbps soy sauce2 tbsp olive oilparsleysalt and pepper to taste
Sauté minced garlic in olive oil, sauté the sliced mushrooms, add the soy sauce, onions in petals, salt and pepper, and finally the tomatoes cutted in half, add fresh chopped parsley before serving.
