Ingredients:
300gr Paris mushrooms
2 garlic cloves
12 cherry tomatoes
1 mediu onion
spaghetti
1 tbps soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Sauté minced garlic in olive oil, sauté the sliced mushrooms, add the soy sauce, onions in petals, salt and pepper, and finally the tomatoes cutted in half, add fresh chopped parsley before serving.
