Ingredients:
¼ green pepper
¼ red pepper
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 bay leaf
2 celery stalks
300gr minced meat
½ tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp tomato pulp
1 can tomatoes
1 measure water (can tomatoes)
1 can red beans
Sauté diced onion and garlic, add the celery, bay leaf, diced peppers, cumin, paprika and cayenne, sweat the meat for a few minutes just until changes color to cooked, add diced tomatoes, salt, sugar and then the water. Cook for about 40 minutes in low heat with the lid on. Add the beans, cook for another 10 minutes covered and 5 minutes without the lid. Rectify the seasoning, added another ½ tsp salt.
