Mushroom pasta

 



Ingredients: 
300gr Paris mushrooms
4 garlic cloves
coriander
1 tsp mustard 
10cl white wine
olive oil
salt and pepper


Sauté the finely sliced ​​garlic a little with the finely chopped coriander stalks without browning in a drizzle of olive oil, add the wine and the mustard, cook for about 3 minutes until the alcohol evaporates, add the mushrooms in halves, season with salt and pepper, add fresh coriander, cook on low heat for about 10min, 7min of which covered, mix in the already cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with some more chopped coriander and croutons to serve.

Obs: to make your own croutons sauté diced bread in a drizzle of olive oil or bake for about 10 minutes in 180ºc.
