Ingredients:
500gr gizzards
1 tomato
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 bay leaf
parsley
1 chilli pepper
1 small pork smoked sausage
3/4 slices bacon
2 tbsp tomato pulp
1 beer (33cl)
salt and pepper to taste
Sauté onion and garlic until softened, add diced tomato, bay leaf and parsley, sliced sausage and diced bacon, sweat gizzards for a few minutes, add beer and water when needed. Cook for about 1 hour and half.
Note: enough water for rice +-1 liter, cook rice for about 15 min, taste to see when it is cooked.
