Ingredients: 500gr gizzards1 tomato1 onion3 cloves of garlic1 bay leafparsley1 chilli pepper1 small pork smoked sausage3/4 slices bacon2 tbsp tomato pulp1 beer (33cl)salt and pepper to taste
Sauté onion and garlic until softened, add diced tomato, bay leaf and parsley, sliced sausage and diced bacon, sweat gizzards for a few minutes, add beer and water when needed. Cook for about 1 hour and half.
Note: enough water for rice +-1 liter, cook rice for about 15 min, taste to see when it is cooked.
