Shrimp gyoza.

Ingredients:
Dough:
300gr all purpose flour
150ml water
½ tsp salt

Filling:
500gr frozen shrimp (equals more or less to 200gr clean shrimp)
4 large spring onion
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp salt
1 dessert spoon cornstarch

In a bowl, add the salt to the flour, add the water, mix it with a spoon and knead until there is no loose flour, place it in a bag or cover with film, let it rest for about an 1 hour. Knead well for 5 minutes and let it rest for another 30 minutes, clean and mince shrimp with a knife and mix in finely chopped onion, ground garlic clove, salt and soy sauce. Work the dough with a pasta cylinder, cut into squares the size of the mold, don't fill gyozas too much. Set aside the guiozas mounted on a sheet of parchment paper so they won't stick to the table. Pour a little oil in a frying pan (about 1 tbsp), grease the entire bottom of the pan and place the guiozas in a cold pan, turn on the heat and when they are colored, pour ½ cup of water, cover and cook them for 4 minutes.
