Bagels.


Ingredients: 
500gr all purpose flour
1 and ½ tsp salt  
1 tbsp sugar
6gr dry biological yeast (½ sachet) 
300ml to 350ml water 
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp sunflower seeds 
1 egg


Dissolve sugar in tepid water and add the yeast, wait 5 to 10 minutes, in a food processor mix in the flour with the salt and add the yeast and then water gradually until the desired consistency is obtained, place in a warm place for at least 1 hour until the dough double in volume, make a roll, cut into 8 pieces, make balls and shape it into a bagel, leave to rise for another 10 minutes, cook in boiling water for 1 minute on each side. Place a sheet of parchment paper on the tray and brush the sheet with oil. Brush the bagels with the egg mixed with a little water (just a few drops), sprinkle with the seeds and cook them in a preheated oven at 220° for about 20 minutes.
