Ingredients:
1 steak (about 200gr)
½ cup jasmine rice
4 garlic cloves
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
salt and black pepper to taste
1 tbsp harissa paste parsley
oil (just a drizzle)
Brush the steak with a drizzle of oil, season with salt and pepper, cut mushrooms in brunoise and sautée with 2 minced garlic, about 2 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp soy sauce. In the pan, heat a little drizzle of olive oil with 2 cloves of ground garlic, fold in the rice and mix in the harissa paste and about 1 tsp salt, cook over low heat for 10 minutes, and let it rest for another 10 minutes with the heat off, add the rice to the sautéed mushrooms and sprinkle with the parsley. Sear the meat for about 3 minutes on each side while the rice rests, let the meat rest for about 5 minutes before cutting.
