Ingredients:
2 eggs
6 tbsp olive oil (60ml)
125gr wholemeal flour
125gr all purpose flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
60gr sugar
sesame seeds
Blend sugar with 1 egg and 1 yolk (keep the other white to brush the biscuits before adding sesame seeds), then add the flour mixed with cinnamon, mix well until you get a smooth mixture. Roll and shape an S, brush with the egg white and sprinkle sesame seeds. Cook in a preheated oven at 180º for about 15 to 20 minutes (or until the biscuits are golden on the bottom). Let in cool over a grill.
