Bread rolls.

 


Ingredients:

750gr flour (used T55)

15gr fresh yeast
1 tsp sugar
350ml tepid water
30ml vegetable oil
15gr salt
1 egg white
seeds of your choice (optional, used sesame seeds).

Dissolve the yeast with a tsp of sugar and about 1 tbsp tepid water, sift the flour. In a kitchen processor, mix the flour with water, add the dissolved yeast and the oil, add the salt at the end. Knead for about 5 to 10 minutes, let the dough rest for 30 minutes in a container greased with oil, form balls of around 60g each and let it rest for another 15 to 20 minutes. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven to 230º. Yield 19 units with about 60gr each.
