Canned sardines with caramelized onion, oregano and paprika.


Ingredients: 
1 can sardines
2 medium onions
pinch oreganos and paprika 
olive oil


Caramelize the onions in generous drizzle of olive oil, turn off the heat and gently involte sardines just to get a bit flavor from the onions. Toast two slices of bread and place a layer of onion, sardines and sprinkle with oregano and paprika.
