Grilled pork chops, baked potatoes and salad.


Ingredients:

pork chops

3 medium potatoes

olive oil

rosemary

salt to taste

red onion, tomato and pepper salad (salad)


Grill chops only with salt, cook potatoes for about 12 minutes with salt and leave their skin, gently crush the potatoes with a little punch, add a drizzle of olive oil, rosemary and salt, bake them at 200ºC until golden (15 min to 20 min).
