Ingredients: 1 salmon steak2 medium potatoes olive oilvinegar, 1/2 red onioncoriandersalt and pepper to taste
Season salmon with salt and pepper for about 15 minutes, grill it, cook the potatoes cutted in about 1cm slices with skin for 6 minutes, with salt. Coat with a drizzle of olive oil, a little bit salt and pepper, grill them until golden brown. Mix 7 tbsp of olive oil and 3 tbsp vinegar, salt and pepper, red onion and chopped coriander.
