Ingredients:
1 salmon steak
2 medium potatoes olive oil
vinegar,
1/2 red onion
coriander
salt and pepper to taste
Season salmon with salt and pepper for about 15 minutes, grill it, cook the potatoes cutted in about 1cm slices with skin for 6 minutes, with salt. Coat with a drizzle of olive oil, a little bit salt and pepper, grill them until golden brown. Mix 7 tbsp of olive oil and 3 tbsp vinegar, salt and pepper, red onion and chopped coriander.
