Grilled sea bass with grilled cherry tomatoes and boiled potatoes with cilantro vinaigrette.

 


Ingredients:

1 sea bass

7 cherry tomatoes

3 tsp olive oil

1 and tbsp apple cider vinegar

coriander

salt and pepper to taste



Grill sea bass cutted in halfs, seasones only with salt and pepper, grill the tomatoes on a skewer previously placed in water to avoid burning, brush the tomatoes with olive oil and seasoned with salt and pepper , add a pinch of salt after grilling, serve with boiled potatoes and the coriander vinaigrette.
