Ingredients:
sirloin steak
5 cornichons
1 egg
2 large potatoes
salt and pepper (black and white) to taste
Season the steak with salt and black pepper, pan sear it. Cut the potatoes with skin into slices about 1cm, boil them for 6 minutes, involve the potatoes in a drizzle of olive oil and a little more salt and pepper, sauté in a hot skillet until golden, use a little more olive oil if necessary.
