Ingredients:
3 large pieces of cod
12 medium potatoes
parsley and coriander,
2 large onions
4 garlic cloves
olive oil
10cl white wine
10cl water
Pour a generous drizzle of oil to cover the bottom of the pan, make layers with onions, potatoes, cod (cut pieces into 2 ou 3), parsley, salt, and a little dizzle of olive oil, sprinkle with wine and water, cook for 10 minutes in the pressure cooker, sprinkle with a little chopped fresh coriander before serving.
