Ingredients:
350gr of frozen shrimp (18 shrimp)
1 tbsp salt
olive oil
5 garlic cloves coriander
400gr bread
800ml broth
Boil shrimp with 1 tbsp salt, reserve the water, peel the shrimp and bring the broth back to a low heat with the skins and heads, crush the heads and simmer for about 10 minutes. In the pan, pour a generous drizzle of olive oil to cover the bottom (about 4 tbsp), add minced garlic for a few seconds and next ass the bread previously soaked in the broth, stir until reaches desired consistency, add the prawns and fresh chopped coriander.
