Ingredients:
1 salmon steak
1 can black eyed beans (260gr)
½ red onion
about 12 cherry tomatoes
coriander
olive oil
cider vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Season the salmon with salt and pepper and grill. Involve lack beans and chopped onion, cut tomatoes in half season with, salt, pepper, vinegar and olive oil for about two hours, add coriander only at the end. Mix the flaked salmon with the beans. Serve cold.
