Ingredients:
1 salmon steak
2 large onions
3 large potatoes
2 garlic cloves
parsley and coriander to taste
olive oil
10cl white wine
10cl water
salt and pepper to taste
Remove salmon skin and bones and cut it into cubes, potatoes into not so thin slices, cut the onions into half moons or slices, minced garlic, pour a generous drizzle of olive oil to cover the bottom of the pan, start with a good layer of onion, then a layer of potatoes, salmon, salt, pepper, parsley and a small drizzle of oil in each layer. Make as many layers as possible and pour water and wine. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat in a pressure cooker. Sprinkle with chopped coriander before serving.
