Sauteed beef steak with bell pepper, onion and spaghetti.


Ingredients: 
1 steak (about 300gr)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oil 
2 garlic cloves
50ml white wine
pinch salt and pepper
100ml vegetable broth  1 tbsp cornstarch 


Season the meat cutted into slices with, soy sauce, with whine, minced garlic, white wine, salt and pepper for about 30 minutes, fry the meat in a drizzle of oil for a minute and add the marinade, sauté for a couple minutes more, remove the meat and sauté the onion with the pepper, add the meat and 100ml vegetable, cook for 3/4 minutes. Add cornstarch diluted in a tbsp water. Cook a little more until the sauce reaches desired consistency, serve with spaguetti.
