Tuna ceviche.


Ingredients:

1 tuna steak (about 300gr)

1/2 red onion

8 cherry tomatoes

1/4 cucumber

2 limes (juice)

salt and pepper to taste



Cut the tuna into about 3cm cubes, 

mix with diced onion, tomatoes, 

and cucumber (with core seed), add lime

juice and let it rest for about 20 minutes

stiring a couple of times, drain excess liquid 

before serving and add fresh chopped coriander

to serve.
