Ingredients: 2 and ½ cup black eyed beanscoriandersalt and pepper to taste4/5 tbsp olive oil lemon juice (about ¼ lemon)pinch of cuminpinch of paprika1 can tuna1 small red onion.
Use a kitchen processor to mix beans with the tuna, coriander, onion and season with the other ingredients, add oil, salt and pepper to taste.
