Ingredients: 2 hake steak flour (about 1 tbsp)1 egg1 processed bread slice or bread crumbspinch paprika pinch oregano chives (for garnish)salt and pepper to taste
Remove skin and cut hake in quarters, also removing the spine, season with salt and pepper. Pass through flour, egg and breadcrumbs, fry for 2 to 3 minutes until golden, garnish with chives. Season the potatoes with salt, a pinch of oregano and paprika.
