Ingredients:
4 cod pieces
12 medium potatoes
5 garlic cloves
3 large onions
½ red pepper
2 bay leaves
parsley and coriander olive oil
10cl white wine
10cl water
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp sweet paprika
Cover the cataplana bottom with a generous drizzle of olive oil, make a layer starting with onions slices on, peppers in strips, potatoes in not very thin slices, cod cut into large cubes, chopped garlic, parsley , salt, pepper, paprika and a small drizzle of olive oil, continue layers until the ingredients are exhausted, drizzle with wine and water, cook on a low heat for 20 minutes, let it rest for about 20 minutes, sprinkle with chopped coriander.
