Duck rice portuguese recipes.



 
Ingredients:

1 duck (about 1,5kg)

6 garlic cloves

2 onions

1 carrot

1 tsp rosemary

½ leek

red wine (5cl)

1 spicy sausage

1 and ½ tbsp salt

bacon (about 3cm)

2 cups rice

2 egg yolks

olives.



Cook duck in the pressure cooker along with 3 garlic cloves, 1 sliced carrot, ½ leek, 1 onion, whole sausage, 1 and ½ tbsp salt, of red wine, 1 tsp rosemary, for 20 min. Sauté 1 onion, 3 cloves of garlic, bacon, add enough broth to cook the rice (about 3 cups), assemble the dish with the shredded duck. Brush with the beaten egg yolks and garnish with the sausage and olives, bake in a preheated oven in 200º for about 15 minutes.
