Ingredients:
1 cod fillet
2 medium potatoes
5 garlic cloves
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
coriander
pinch nutmeg
Brush cod with olive oil before grilling, boil potatoes for about 15 minutes, with salt, 1 garlic clove and a little drizzle of olive oil, mash potatoes with the garlic, add a little more olive oil, rectify salt, add a pinch of pepper and nutmeg, add fresh chopped coriander, fry the garlics until golden in a generous drizzle of olive oil.
