Ingredients:
1kg minced beef
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp dried parsley
6 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 egg
Tomato sauce:
1 can diced tomatoes
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil (dry)
salt (about 1 tsp)
pepper to taste
Sauté chopped onion and garlic until softened, add diced tomato and parsley, sweat a little and add 1 and ½ measures of water (can measure), add salt and pepper to taste. Cook a little and process, add a pinch of basil and oregano, season the meat with 1 tsp oregano and1 tsp of oregano, breadcrumbs, egg, about 1 tbsp salt and pepper to taste, shape the meatballs, seal in a pan with olive oil and add them to the tomato sauce. Cook for 10 minutes in a pressure cooker. Serve with spaguetti.
