Ingredients:
1 onion
4 garlic cloves
1 bay leaf
parsley
1 chilli pepper
2 small tomatoes
2 tbsp sweet chili
30cl white wine
2 cups rice
3 tongues
Scald and peel the tongues, cut in thin slices and season with salt, pepper, and sweet chili. Sauté onion until softened, and chopped garlic and next diced tomatoes, parsley. Sweat tongues for 3/4 minutes, add wine and cook for 25 minutes in the pressure cooker, add the water to cook the rice, 5 parts of water to 1 part rice, cook for about15 min.
