Ingredients:
400gr beef
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
50ml white wine
½ green bell pepper
½ red bell pepper
1 medium onion
1 bamboo (canned)
1cl vegetable broth
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup basmati rice
salt and pepper to taste
Cut the meat into thin slices, season with salt and pepper, minced garlic, soy sauce, oil and white wine for about 30 minutes. Cut the onion into wedges and the peppers into thick strips. Cook the meat for about 2 minutes, remove and add the rest of the marinade, sauté the onion and peppers until softened, add the bamboo, again the meat, vegetable broth and the starch diluted in a little water (2 tbsp), cook for about 5 minutes more. In a drizzle of olive oil (about 1 tbsp), lightly fry 2 garlic cloves, add rice for 1min, add 2 cup of boling water, let it boil and cook over the heat for at least 10min, turn off the heat and let it rest with lid on for another 10min.
