Moist orange roll



Ingredients: 
195g sugar
20g corn starch
200g filtered orange juice 
zest of 1 orange
5 eggs
sugar for rolling


Mix 195g of sugar with 20g of starch. Gradually add 200g of filtered orange juice, stirring constantly. Add the zest of 1 orange, 5 eggs and mix very well, until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the dough onto a tray, lined with parchment paper and brushed with oil. Bake in the oven, preheated to 170ºC, for about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and immediately turn onto a parchment paper sprinkled with sugar, also sprinkle the inside of the pie and roll up with the help of parchment paper, pressing a little to keep the shape, serve cold.
