Oats and pecan cookies

 


Ingredients:

2 cups oats

1/2 cup pecan nuts

1/2 cup a.p. flour

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 tsp cinnamon

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup oil (used sunflower)

2 eggs



Mix all the dry ingredients (chop the nuts but not too much), add the oil and the eggs slightly beaten, lay tbsp of the mix in a tray with parchment paper, cook in a 180°c pre heated hoven for about 10 minutes, let it cool over a grill.
