Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
⅓ green and red bell peppers
2 garlic cloves
1 onion
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp soy sauce
200ml water
salt and pepper to taste
Place the diced chicken with the remaining ingredients in the pressure cooker and cook for 15 minutes, remove the chicken and blend the sauce with an hand mixer, then combine both again.
Notes: Used about 1 tsp of salt. I served it once with spaghetti and another time with tagliatelle, it was better with the tagliatelle than with the spaghetti, I also used the remaining chicken in a pizza with the same sauce.
